Rebecca is Lee's ex-wife?
I caught a sight last week of a thread saying "Rebecca is Lee's ex-wife?" i couldn't find it later so I'm starting again for me, and those of you who didn't see the thread.
I think whoever posted the comment may be right, because
1. I'm not racist, I swear but she is black.
2. In the bathroom, she said "please let the baby be his" maybe she's unsure if it is Lee's or the man she was cheating on him with?

Lee killed the man she was cheating on him with, though, so I doubt she'd worry any more about whose baby it is. And Season 2 takes place nearly two years after Season 1 begins. Rebecca would have to have the longest pregnancy in history to make it even remotely likely that she's Lee's ex-wife.
Why would anyone assume you're racist based on that theory? I swear, people overuse and misuse that term more than any other these days. Racism is the belief that one race is superior to another. You're not a racist, lol. Anyways, I think it's an interesting theory, but I picture Lee's wife as having a lot more class than Rebecca. I don't picture her as the type to be cruel to an innocent child. Yeah, she cheated on Lee, so she wasn't perfect, but I have a hard time believing Lee would want to be with such a you-know-what.
If you choose to respond to Herschel's question about Lee's family in Episode 1 of Season 1 with Lee's marriage status, he mentions that his ex wife is probably up in Virginia. It might have taken her a year to get to Georgia, but I really don't see why she would, considering that she thinks her ex husband went to jail.
Second, in episode 5, if you talk to the stranger about how Lee hurt his wife, Lee explains that he wanted children, and she didn't. It just didn't happen, as clearly she would be saying no or preventing it.
Third, it could never be Lee's, because pregnancy typically lasts about 9 months. A few months after Lee died, it's been 16 months between the death of Omid, and Clementine's introduction to the group, and at that time, Rebecca is pregnant. Lee is not the father of this child; no way, no how, because pregnancies do not last for as long as 16 months. I looked this up. You get either info on a child's development after birth at month 16, or results about people asking/commenting about how they have been trying unsuccessfully to get pregnant for 16 months. During that 16 month period was when Rebecca got pregnant, not before.
And lastly, just to touch on it, you'd have no way of knowing if Lee's wife was black or not. It's never hinted at, implied, and there are no clues to go on, nor is it relevant. She could be of any legal and non-sterile age, hair color, eye color, skin color, ethnicity, etc. Maybe you're not racist, but what you're suggesting is what's called profiling. Police do it all the time when they pull over black drivers. Or white drivers who look burned out.
In conclusion, nope. Rebecca's husband is Alvin and Carver is the contending biological father.

Did you guys know a baby is in it's mothers stomach for 9 months...Lee died 2 years ago...
