I'm not sure about it either. I guess you need to go to Kenny and stop him from shooting Carver's man. At least that's what i heard.
To save Walter,dont shoot Johnny,to save Alvin,dont try to shoot Carver a second time.When rebecca says kenny dont do it or something like that,dont let kenny shoot.
Tell Walter that Nick is a "good guy", give yourself up when Carlos is being tortured, and choose "protect Alvin" when he is taken hostage.
Unfortunately, Walter dies no matter what.
