Games are usually added to XBLA around the middle of the day Pacific Standard Time (which is where Microsoft is located). That's Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) -8 hours.
For future reference, please keep discussion related to the release of episode 2 in the episode 2 release date thread. It's much harder to follow conversations when the same topic is being discussed in multiple threads.
