Luke VS. Kenny
I was playing the episode and I was getting a jealous vibe from Luke and Kenny. When I chose to sit with Kenny Luke got pissed. Kenny also doesn't like Luke because he doesn't think he should protect Clem. Maybe Kenny did shoot Luke because he jealous and is unstable. He made Walter die by killing Johnny with the gun. Luke doesn't seem to be in the episode 3 trailer.
