Episode 2 is crashing (spoilers)

Alright so my game has crashed twice while playing episode two, hopefully someone can help me fix it.

  1. When Pete and Nick are hugging over finding Pete's body, my game goes white, but the sound is still playing, and windows is telling me that my game has stopped working.

I reset my game and

  1. When talking to Rebecca about her being a bit mean when going to move out, the game crashes on me as well, but I can still hear her talking and background sounds etc

When it crashes it just goes to a white screen that I have to alt + tab out of and get the windows thing to pop up so I can close it.

For the record, I'm using Windows 7, I have 4 gb of RAM, I have my graphic textures on low. Help?
