Episode 2 Deaths
As some of you might know there are some pretty big determinant deaths in Episode 2: Alvin and Nick. They're deaths are influenced by you're choices, so i wanna know, who died in you're playtrough? Did everyone survive in you're playtrough?

Only Walter died in mine. How and when do the other 2 die? I'm assuming Nick dies if you can't convince Walt to forgive him. How about Alvin?
i think if kenny shoots at carver alvin gets killed by carver

on my good clem file only pete and walter died
Nick dies if you tell Walter that Nick is "like everybody else" (not convincing Walter that Nick is a good guy), then later Nick is struggling with a walker but Walter doesn't save him and Nick gets a chunk of his neck bit out
Alvin dies if you tell Kenny to shoot Carver, Kenny manages to shoot Carver in the shoulder but Carver gets up and shoots Alvin in the head
