Does 400 Days still doesn't work on 360...

I know that some people were talking about it in the past but I went to go finish up one of my saves I'm season 1 and I still run into the same problem with 400 days. Is telltale ever going to fix it. Or since season 2 is out I'll consider it a lost cause...
