Still can't download the episode
Now, everything feels hopeless and I really can't do anything else than beg for help from you guys.
Yesterday I was so exited for the new episode and I immediately tried to start the game, with no success because of the "full" servers. This took a few hours, but finally I just decided to go sleep and try today.
Now it's midnight in Sweden where I live (the game has been out for 27 hours), I've been trying to get my f'ng episode to download for almost 9 hours now, and still I can't do anything. I've reinstalled, patched, read everything on the forums and done everything I possibly could do. But still, I can't play the game I've been looking forward to play for so long, which sucks.
My problem is basically that when I open the game, and get to the main menu, it looks like it should. If you wait for a few seconds a little square shows up in the bottom right corner, which says that episode 2 is ready for download. When I go into the episode tab, everything's locked. When I go to the download tab, everything's locked and now I hate the words "Coming soon". I am so frustrated and angry because it won't work?! Of course I've tried to just start the episode by clicking "Play" -> "Episode 2" -> "Coming soon", but then a dollop of paint shows up saying "TRY AGAIN LATER Unable to download at this time. Please try again later."
I just can't wait any longer for a game I already would have played through if everything was as it should.
I can't do anything more than wait right now, because I've really tried everything. I would be eternally grateful if someone could tell me exactly what to do. 
I'm on a PC in Sweden, if that's of any help. :P
