The Governor?

WOW, Carver EXACTLY looks like the governor and even sounds like him, he even acts like a psychopath like him! THE RESEMBLENCE OH GOSH...What do you think of him guys? Is he the "governor" of the game?

    Do you mean the "governor" of the games as in he is shaping up to be the primary antagonist of our group? Then yes. If you mean he literally is the same character, then no. The Governor was an actual character, as seen in hightreason's picture above from the comics that was, relatively, poorly adapted to the TV series. From what we've seen so far they have entirely different goals, but we still don't know the full picture of Carver yet.
