Well the thing I was thinking was since Carver knows that they all ran away together that the group will be split up in the settlement so they won't cause any more trouble.
So they could disappear to other parts of the settlement and not have to be killed.
I don't know. I hope not. Obviously they can't play a central role in the plot, but that doesn't have to mean it won't matter at all.
Yeah, if they're still alive, they're pretty much confirmed to die in the next episode.
I mean, Telltale won't write in that many scenes for two determinant characters. Wouldn't want people going back and changing their choices...

Alvin will probably end up dead in the next episode. For Nick,I think we'll see him for the rest of the season,he'll maybe die in episode 5. But I'd happy if Nick doesn't die,something like "Oh,you saved him,good,now he won't die,at least for this season".
yea if you ask me hes kinda like lee also what bout Kenny you know I think he might die episode 4 or 5 but people said its been confirmed that he will live
to tell you the truth. This whole determinant bullshit really isn't working for me. It only causes me to expect these two to die soon and when it actually happens, I probably won't even be surprised/shocked. It takes some of the suspense away.
Alvin looked awfully despondent in the trailer, so it's pretty safe to say his days are numbered. The truth about Rebecca's baby has probably put him in a funk. All the same, even if Alvin has to check out in episode 3, let's keep our fingers crossed that Clem at least can choose HOW he checks out.
For example: Alvin could be considering suicide at first, but Clem can raise his spirits. Later, Carver could make a move on Rebecca, and Alvin would then take a last stand against him - sort of like Ben's stand against Kenny in NO TIME LEFT. Carver ultimately kills Alvin, as he did in episode 2, but he goes out as a man, and not a coward.)
Nick, on the other hand, still has too much fire and spunk in him, especially if Clem chose to be his friend. Of course, Telltale could always try another sucker-punch on us, and have NICK die in episode 3 instead of Alvin...

my thoughts are kinda like yours but little more crazy
Carver seeing that rebecca dont love him but love alvin ,well Carver 's gonna be mad , and he's gonna take alvin put him on a chair and bit him up in front of rebecca and alvin would spit on him and say something like " fuck you ! this 'll never be your baby ! "and then carver get his gun and say "for george " then he shot and he turns to rebecca saying "so now there's nothing that we'll cross our way hon' " i think that's now alvin's gonna die but nick i dont think he would die or maybe he'll diebut trying to save someone else i don't know .
I suspect Alvin will die trying to kill Carver when he learns that the baby isn't his, and maybe Nick will finally redeem himself and take a bullet for someone, maybe a 400 days character? I hope he gets his redemption, he doesn't deserve the title Ben 2.0 just yet.
It'd be nice to have at least Nick live longer than 3, considering many Pete players (although I chose Nick) can promise to look after him, even then I still made sure my Clem looked out for him and protected him.
They'll die trying to protect someone.

Nick's dead in my game - he got his throat ripped out by a walker. Given TellTale's track record on these things, that probably means he will disappear or die in your games fairly soon.

Alvin, sure as hell - he's gonna die. Or at least - Carver's gonna beat the shit outta him.
But yeah, I think he's gonna die. His character is not that relevant to the story so yeah.
Plus he's fat and makes Clemmy do things for him - MAN GET YO FATASS UP AND DO IT YOURSELF

They are already dead in my story and for ya'll yeah they will die but i said it ill say it again, i think CARLOS WILL DIE IN THE NEXT EP.

I think Carlos will make it at least until Rebecca gives birth. But yeah, Alvin and Nick probably will die next ep. But I hope Nick will at least do something good before he dies.

Sooo Nick is for me the new Ben of season 2. I really dont know how long he or alvin will survive. Anything is possible in telltales twd
Alvin was weak and useless. He wouldn't have made it anyway though I am curious about this George person he supposedly killed. Nick can't keep it together so no way he will make it either. Kind of called those two deaths from the start.
Well they did something similar in Season 1 with Ben. He could of died in Episode 4, or could of lived to see Episode 5. Maybe Telltale might do it differently this time and decide not to kill one of them off at all if they didn't die in Episode 2. Telltale might also just make them live 2 or 3 episodes longer, but I don't really like the idea of them dying next episode. It's too predictable.
I don't think its gonna be like in season 1 that a determinant character has to die later on the game , i think telltale is improving the game and will make your choices to be more relevant (at least i hope so ..) then maybe one of them will make it to the end .
