How do you a claim a code for Xbox

Hi! I don't know if this should go here but i bought TWD Game of the year edition plus 400 days disk for my 4GB Xbox and it is extremely stuttering and extremely lagging and the support said to check out a discussion to find out how to claim a free code to get SE1 free on the Xbox Market however i have not found anywhere i could get a code. any help please?

    Can't you just download the disk, 4gb should be enough (unless you have other stuff saved) i don't really think you can get a free code?
