400 Days characters?

So we know that Bonnie has returned and working with Carver. As the episode finished, Clementine and the people she's with were being taken to a community.

Could this be the same community that Tavia was inviting people along to? If so, it seems likely we'll meet the people who went other than Bonnie. But could we ever meet any of the people who didn't join? Perhaps in episode 4 or 5 we may come across these people along the road. Any other predictions related to this topic?

    I think we are gonna come across some 400 days characters at the camp, but i feel like we are gonna see atleast one at wilington if we make it there. i doubt they are gonna have each character from 400 days be at this camp with carver...
