The season 2 season pass got delayed on PSN for a few days, but my friends and I decided to just get the first episode anyways, then get the season pass. Spent the extra money, but the game is already cheaper than nearly every other game so we didn't worry about it. No issue giving my money to Telltale anyways, they deserve it. Once it was finally out, waiting longer wasn't an option lol.

Same, The Wolf Among us is a game I never would have considered, but I saw that Telltale was making it so I bought the season pass on the spot. I have no regrets.

So we knew there would be a Season 2 based off the after credits scene of Season 1, how will you guys act if Season 2 doesn't have an after credits scene? Like what if that's it?
if that's it after season 2. and if they kill my clem of witch they better not even THINK about doing. I will pretty much die inside lol. then cry for 10min

I would wager a good chunk of money they will, at the minimum, leave us with a potential lead-in for a Season 3. I don't know how well Season 2 has sold, but I would guess quite well.
I would also wager a good chunk of money that Clementine will be our protagonist until the series ends for good. What I'm curious about is whether they'll be going for anymore massive time skips. Clem started as 8 and is now 11. Will Telltale risk a Clementine who is....say, 14 or 15? Or will we basically be playing preteen Clem until the end?
I think I would rather stay preteen. I think the love and attachment and wanting to keep her safe is stronger that way. I love how vulnerable yet tough she can be.

I never finished the first one, my friend's brother played as the big guy and got over leveled, so the entire time we were on he was running around screaming and punching everything and we literally just followed him doing nothing. At that point I got bored and never played again, and never even considered the second. Telltale, however, is in very high standing with me, so I'll try their rendition without a doubt.

I really hope the key question at Telltale for deciding whether or not to greenlight a TWD Season 3 isn't just 'how well is this selling?' but also 'are we confident we can continue this story without the quality entering a steep decline?'
I'm sure they could milk the franchise for quite a long time, if they just didn't give a crap about quality, but I'd rather it end on a note that leaves fond memories rather than watching a steady slippage into suck. I hope the decision makers at Telltale have the same perspective.
Maybe. Season 3 would be fine. Telltale made four (?) seasons of Sam & Max, their other highly-successful series.
But I wouldn't want anything past Season 3. By then, the quality would get diluted.
I was thinking that the end of Season 2 would be Clem passing out on the outskirts of Wellington in the cold and a shadow of a person casts over her. That would be cool
The series has been largely successful on many levels so I don't see any reason why they wouldn't make a season 3. Problem is whether or not our favorite characters will still be involved and if so how they would change.
I'd feel quite disappointed if it was announced that there wouldn't be a Season Three. With the time skip, it's making me feel that they won't continue, because aren't Kirkman's original stories only two or three years into the Apocalypse? Please correct me if I'm wrong of course. I'm confident that if the developers chose to keep making more, they'd still be able to create fresh and exciting plot lines. Plus, I'm a bigger fan of 'The Walking Dead' universe than 'Game of Thrones' or 'Borderlands', so I'd love it if they decided to continue with it. Especially with Clementine. I can't imagine the series without her. And I much prefer her story over Rick and Carl's, although I like to read the comics now and then. The TV show is meh, but that's just my opinion. I do hope I'm not offending anybody who feels differently.
Even if it's delayed due to their other upcoming projects, I'll be willing to wait for it patiently as long as I know it's coming back.

yea if they want to do season 3 they can't do a massive time skip like season 2 in fact season 3 might have to continue right after the events of season 2 as current events of the comics are happening at the time of season 2 I think

After how popular ep2 was, if they keep this up i sure i hope a season 3 will be announced! It just keeps getting better and better! I can 't say enough how much i loved ep2 after i felt disappointed with ep1. This made up for it. Seeing Kenny and choosing Clem to hug him was one of the best scenes ive seen/played in a game
I think there will be another season. There has to be. Ending it at the end of season 2 would be premature. There are still many things to come to light and more character development to work on. And if Telltale are making the money (which they are), then they would be smart to keep it going.
It will not end at 2 seasons, but it may be a while till the 3rd because of Game of Thorns and Borderlands. Unless a separate group decides work on TWD only.

Yes, I saw that part. But I think they will be too busy with the other games. Its like what happened with the Back to the Future series. They are meant to be continuing it, but they haven't done any more episodes for ages because they have been working on TWD and TWAU.

You're welcome. Clementine's looks and features are modeled after Derek Sakai's daughter who is Asian. My cosplay model is not her but a different little girl I casted after seeing many similarities.
Honestly... I'd love to see telltale move on and make there own game for once see how they do.
But at the same time.... I love this series and feel it could never end unless they kill off Clem in episode 5, then maybe end it..

We'll get a third season, to say it with Kenny's words: "Sure as shit!"

To be honest, even if the next three episodes of season two are just okay, it will still make more than enough money to warrant a sequel.
Agree they really deserve their money. One of the best companies out there. I got tied to TWD and The wolf among us.
Same, The Wolf Among us is a game I never would have considered, but I saw that Telltale was making it so I bought the season pass on the spot. I have no regrets.
Exactly!! I'm also looking forward to Tales from the borderlands

I had a hard time enjoying Borderlands, but I imagine Telltale's version will be much better. I'll definitely give it a chance.
Same. I finished Borderlands, it was nice but I never played Borderlands 2. It didn't impress me that much.

Yeah they can pretty much make anything interesting from my point of view due to their talent of creating such captivating characters and stories.
That, and the style of game they're making is captivating. The tough choices and tailored stories are in high demand.

Kenny confirmed for Season 3! We need a new gif guys!

Sounds like a good way to end season two.

gtfo
I hope so, but it could be delayed. (They're making 2 new titles GoT and Borderlands)
Personally I don't care about Game of Thrones and Borderlands. All i want is another season of The Walking Dead and The Wolf among Us

I hope this game goes out with honor and dignity. If they do a season 3 then money had better not fog their mind.
I don't want a s3

Yeah, they announced season 2 in the middle of season 1.
Yeah, and that's just as bad as there being no more seasons. We gonna have to wait a damn long time.
Unless Telltale can have a separate group work on TWD.

I don't know why I got so many downvotes on this comment? Do most of you actually want to see season 3 without clementine?
d'awwwwwwwwwwwwwww
I would say early 2016 or if we are lucky, end of 2015 till we see a season 3 but yes it could be delayer longer as i can see TTG wanting a break!
