Bought the game double

Hi there,
I bought the walking dead bundle previously on my iPad 2, then tried to download a new one on my wife's iPad mini using the same account and accidentally bought only episode 2. Now I bought a new iPad Air and tried to restore all bundle and it just shows only episode 2 that was bought. Is there anything I can do to restore the all bundle for season 1? Really love this game and would like to replay all again in my new iPad Air before getting season 2. Can help me on this?

  • Just followed as instructed, now I got billed for buying the bundle.. Seriously?!? Before I was billed for getting another episode, now the whole bundle?! This is really unacceptable. How come there is no detection on in-app purchase history of an account?! You can have a cool quality games, but with this thing happening, it just spoils all the experience. So what's the resolution on this?

    My apologies. If you were billed a second time for the same purchase, I recommend contacting Apple Support and requesting a refund for the second charge. Unfortunately the above workaround is the only known solution to restoring your previously purchased Walking Dead Multi-Pack.
