Is there any store selling it that is willing to send it to Europe countries?

I saw Melly Hutchinson has got one. Do you know where did she get it?

    The one that Melissa has is a rare official Telltale hat that was only given to a select number of people.

    Someone on eBay made a dozen hats themselves, and they were really well made. Looked exactly like it was right out of the game. Snagged one for myself. $25 well spent.
