Are the cabin survivors hiding something?
I suspected from them when Luke and Clementine where walking to the bridge and you ask him why is Carver following them so badly and Lukes seems like doesnt wants to talk about that and then when Carver takes Alvin and reminds him how he killed his friend George so i though that maybe they had to do something awful or something they are not proud of to scape from Carver and they are hiding it from Clementine, something that could change her perseption about them or even at the end it could be that Carver isnt the bad guy and he just wants revenge for something the cabin survivors did him.
What do you think ? is just a crazy theory i came up with but knowing Telltale who knows right?
p.s.: sorry if i commited some ortographyc mistake.

That would be a nice twist. Even though Carver is the bad guy now, I predict that he would show some goodness and redeem himself towards the end of the season.
I agree with you to an extent. Telltale said the one big thing to be aware of in season 2 was Trust so its very possible. I remember Carver saying how Luke took charge and got them to follow him leaving Carver. Also Carver said to Clem "You have no idea who these people are do you". I think there is something big still yet to come. Though if it turns out the cabin crew aren't all bad then i can see Carver torturing them. We'll be seeing some gruesome deaths i reckon
a good villain is one that people can relate with. a person whose ideals have become twisted into obsession. a person that's evil purely to be evil is scary in its own right, but to find a person that went down a path you could understand gives it more depth. i doubt carver will seen as a good guy, but that it will be possible to understand his reasons. as for the survivors... there's been a couple hints that luke has been hiding alot more than just carver wanting rebecca and the baby. the entire situation just seems strange as all hell. the whole "we have a crazy guy mobilizing his people to hunt us down because rebecca dumped him." ...... carver's group has to think this is a bunch of BS, baby or not.
They're definitely not telling the full story, but I don't think that's something to not trust them over. They would probably just rather not bring it up again and forget it. Also, it's important for some things to stay hidden so it keeps the player curious and coming back for more.
Yeah, I see Carver being a complex character, not just some typical ruthless bad guy... And Luke? I get strange vibes from him as well; he's just too nice.
what's funny is after i reread it, i thought, "this could describe kenny, too." i'm curious to see how his madness plays out. his and carvers.
Yea. Especially when Episode 2 revealed a few quirks about some of the cabin survivors such as Alvin killed a guy named George, it was Luke who lead them away from the settlement, and they're some implications that there's animosity between Carlos and Carver.
One moment I'm looking forward to: giving Kenny the drawing of him and his family; going to be a very touching moment. And yes, Kenny's loose screws are going to (already) causing problems.
I keep asking questions about it but the cabin group always changes the subject. Carver also will not say if you ask why you should not trust them. I use to think he was going to try to manipulate Clem but if he really wanted to he would of told her everything like the story of George and Alvin to fill her head with more doubts. Maybe its so horrid that it is unspeakable. The music in each episode does get darker and darker.
I still doubt Carver is a good guy he would be insane himself to give someone that has done something horrible a second chance. That's why I'll never trust him.
