A girl. if you go to ep. 2 Rebecca keeps on referring to this baby as a girl. I could be wrong and Rebecca just call it She and Her a lot but still. If we had a choice to name it, what would you name it??
Do you think clem will have to deliver it because in the main pic it looks like clem and Rebecca are trapped somewhere. please give me our thoughts on this.

How would she know its a girl? no hospitals and when Clem joined the group it had been 3 years into the apocalypse so no way to tell

Same thing I thought!? Geesh, won't that be a scene. I hope it doesn't come down to that, but at the same time that would probably be pretty cool to deliver a baby in a game. (P.S. I think that the baby will be a girl, too.)
I know maby telltale is hinting to use by saing she, her. it might be a mistake.
Rebecca was just being ... i dunno call it optimistic/hopeful... she said herself it was just a guess and she wasn't sure - she couldn't possibly be sure. Think about it rationally for a second how the hell is she going to know?? the apocalypse isn't exactly bursting with ultrasound equipment. I reckon it's gonna be born black which is obviously going to ring alarm bells for Carver, i wouldn't put it past him to kill them both after that. It would/will probably die pretty quick anyway - that's if they don't both die during birth. In the apoc if there is any complications then Rebecca and the baby is screw'd, and if they both don't die then the baby will soon after - lack of food/proper nutrition (beans and peaches isn't exactly a hearty meal now is it) and Rebecca will be weak after the pregnancy too. I just can't see Rebecca making it Let alone the baby, and if they do Carver is going to kill them both if he finds out it ain't his.

I agree with you… and our choices will probably be past characters. Example Girl: Carley, lily, Katja, and Christa. Boy: Ben, Kenny (in honour of duck), Ben, and Chuck. Let me know if I'm missing some.

Even if the baby is black couldn't it just take after Rebecca? it doesn't necessarily mean it's Alvin's (though it would be more likely)

If it's a girl & we have an option I want to name her Genevive because one of Omids idea for His and Christas baby was Genevive and the name just sounds nice.
