What if she says she's immune to the virus?
"See this bite scar? A walker got me. But for some reason, I never got infected."
I wonder who Clem could trick with this?

Nobody.
People from Carlos school where he got his doctor degree.
And what would be the point of this lie? Volunteering to get bitten?
Well, she's obviously not immune to being eaten or ripped apart.
The point would be to make them think she absolutely needs to be kept alive and protected at all costs. People would want to believe it, especially if she said to keep it a secret from Carver (who wouldn't believe it, at least not if she told him).
A fair point.
2 years into the Apocalypse, I highly doubt anybody would believe anybody was immune. Especially not a group of people as cynical as the cabin group.
Then Clem would be sent into every walker situation expected to survive. After all, she is immune to bites, right? Not a good idea.
Between the walkers and Carver, I'll take the walkers every time.
Well in comic we have mighty scientist with cure in Washington. It certainly can get an sign of new future as a cure.
I think they were on the verge of a cure, but not completed.
Then we get a Last of us situation.
"This girl is immune, let's hack her open for the slim possibility there is a cure within her system."
"Won't that kill her?"
"Who cares!!!"
Yes, I'd rather not have doctors experiment on her for a cure.
