Soo does someone know in which year started apocalypse in TDW and which year is in season 2 ?

    I think Kirkman stated once that the Apocalypse started in 2003 (if you count back from the files in Crawford on the 20th of June, 2003 I think)

    So it could be around December 2005 (as seen with the Christmas Decorations)

    EDIT: I looked it up. July 20th, 2003 was when the outbreak (very likely) began.

    Well, I believe that the comic started in 2003. But for the game, well, I'd say that their take is on a mix of 2003 and now, so I don't know.

    December 2005 seems like a legit gues to me yes! Around 2 and a half years have passed since the apocolypse started!

    Agreed, especially since we haven't really seen any computers or cell phones or anything of the like, with which to base the time frame around.

    Really funny now that you mention it...i never thought about that before, but it makes sense now that there are no cell phones in the Walking Dead! That would have made things much easyer for survivors! :D

    Season 1 was most likely in 2003 due to it being before the comics, which started in 2003, and Season 2 is probably late 2005.
