Zombie siege on Carver's compound?
We haven't seen a really huge zombie crowd scene since the assault on the train at the end of LONG ROAD AHEAD. Nor is there much sense of diversity among them, as Telltale recycles the same models over and over again. Ironically, it's the zombies themselves who have been one of the duller elements of the series.
But could Telltale take things to the next level in episode 3? Imagine if a vast horde of walkers ("vast" as in enough to fill the entire Superbowl stadium) descended upon Carver's camp during the third act, especially while Clem and the others are attempting some kind of jailbreak. It would make for a hell of an action sequence, and introduce some real scope to a season that's been - so far - very small-scale.

That would be awesome. I've been wanting something big like this since the Season began. It would be complete chaos if the walkers attacked Carver's camp in the middle of the group's escape.
I have to say, the scope got bigger than season 1 the moment Carver and his community were introduced. We are constantly reminded to fear the living, but I guess it's high time this season to remind us to fear the dead.
I also think it would be a good distraction to keep others occupied, while Clem and others try to escape.
I think the horde is part of Luke's plan to free them.
Right... escape during a horde assault. Good luck. If anything this will make us stuck with Carver for the rest of the season. Holy crap... something just occurred to me. What if that image for episode 5 is because they've been trapped there for months and they are only able to get free once the zombies freeze in winter :O
