I don't see it. Especially seeing Lee. Clem contemplating suicide is more likely, but not by much in my honest opinion.
As always you have to bump this at the end whether you are correct or not

I think that in Episode 5 Clementine is going to eventually find Wellington, and although Wellington isn't as perfect as people are making it out to be, it's a lot better than anything else, thus No Going Back. ( Maybe I'm being too optimistic )
