I'm not sure what I would do. Season 1 was all about Lee teaching Clem to be able to survive in the world of TWD, so some people may feel that all of Season 1 (and Season 2) becomes invalidated if Clem were to die. I don't think I would necessarily stop playing the game outright, but I know I'd be pissed. If Clem dies, well, since the game series focuses on her then she would have to die at the end.
I'm a sucker for Telltale so I probably would keep playing, but it wouldn't be the same. My favorite cast member on a show died a few months ago and I tried to stop watching, but I couldn't stop myself. The show feels empty and like nothing without that character now. I just watch it out of obligation. If Clementine died, that's how playing TWDG would feel.
Of course not! I do not believe Clementine is dying. That would be the least intelligent thing for Telltale to do. I have also felt while playing that the kids in the game (Sarah, Clem, Becca, and Duck) are "safe" in the sense that nothing gory or violent will happen to them. Yes, I know how Duck died obviously but you didn't see anything gory if you know what I mean. If one of the three were to die I think it will be off-screen or implied much like Lees death.
My current favorite character would probably be Luke and no I really wouldn't care that much if he went so long as its a "heroic" death.
Ok, here's what I know: Clementine is here till the end. And no, I'm not saying this cause I'm a Clementine Lover. I say this because I heard in the IGn late night gamer show that many walking dead character's V.A go too. I found out that it was supposed to be originally Clem and her brother. So in other words, the game is literally all about Clem.
If Clem went out like a hero i'd be alright with that. Maybe if at the episode 5 she continues on to Wellington with Rebecca baby. Just her and the baby and she dies of hypothermia just before she gets to Wellington but is able to deliver the baby too them.
Or maybe she suffers from a bite and makes it to wellington just in time with the baby. I would be alright with either of those. Hate if you want. Its better than a mauling and munch down by walkers.
No I would not leave the game if she or anyone died. No one is safe and we all play these games knowing and accepting that fact. if you can't handle someone's impending death, don't play the games, because you know they have a fair chance of dying at any point in the game no matter who they are(aside from main characters, who have a fair chance of dying at the end of the game. Lee, Clementine.)

I would leave if TT decided to kill Clem (everyone else is fair game). Not because she's my favorite character, but because TWD would be weird without her. I'd still lurk around TWAU forum though ^_^

One of these is unconfirmed from S1. Another one is unconfirmed from S2. Another one was killed. The other two are in deep shit.
That's about nine people gone in S1 and we still stuck around. We'll manage.
