Since Amid The Ruins looks like the group will begin to fall, I think Christa could come in at the end as a cliff hanger and beacon of hope, so the group don't forsake themselves
I would love to see her return! I could imagine a scene like this:
Clem reunites with Christa at the end of the episode (outside, in the museum, somewhere else) and they hug each other and all.
[ I thought you were dead! ]
[ I knew I would find you! ] [ I missed you! ]
[...]
Christa : God, I missed you too Clementine! I looked day and night for you! I was worrying you'd be dead or worse! I'm so sorry dear, but it's alright. We're together now, and I'll never let you alone ever again.
[ Where have you been this whole time? ] [ Kenny is alive too! ]
[ How did you escape the scavengers? ]
[...]
Christa: What? What are you talking about? Clementine, you know like me that Kenny died tw...
Then Kenny appears in the background, relieved, where a stunned Christa walks slowly towards him.
Christa: H..how..?
Kenny: It's a long story...
*Silent, they look at each other, awkwardly *
Kenny : Clem told me about what happen... to Omid. I'm..well.. I'm sorry about...
Then Christa could hug him out of the blue, especially if he saved her in season 1
Christa: Thank you... for back there...

And then Clem would hug both of them at the same time, which could create a cute/happy moment... until episode 5.
I hope the birthing scenes in ep. 4 give some clue as to what happened to Christa's baby, maybe Christa herself. But as to having her show up, Kenny in episode 2 style? I've never really cared that much about her, even from S01E03. She started off feeling like Lilly 2.0 to me in season 1, and wasn't around nearly long enough in episode 1 for me to care about her beyond a plot point/hole perspective. Don't get me wrong, I liked her character at times and what she did for the story. But on the whole, never really clicked with me.
So during the birth, Clem saying something like: "this is just like with Christa" when walkers close in, baby's cries draw walkers, whatever the scenes contain would be enough for me personally. But I know a lot of people do want to see Christa return, alive and relatively well, so I'd be cool with that also if it fits the story.
Sorry, but both of kenny's deaths were offscreen.
Christa can clearly get stabbed straight down the stomach if you decide to sneak away. I doubt they'd help christa after that
