Tavia's community confirmed?

So since Bonnie is the only person that always joins Tavia in 400 Days, and is the first person we know to be living with Carver in his community, it's safe to say these are both the same communities?

Theory:

EP2 is set after 400 days, and Tavia and the person on the radio talk about the place like its filled with only good people. So I think Carver was a member who took charge with brute force maybe killing Tavia and others and the cabin group escaped during the fight for control.

    We don't know the full story yet so we just have to wait and see. The guy on the radio talking to tavia sounded like that one guy that was with Carver. I dunno, we wait I guess.

    I dont think he killed Tavia. I think she just assumes it is a good place to live. I mean that place seems safe and no doubt he treats his own people good.

    I was under the impression that The town that Tavia was talking about and Wellington were the same place. Maybe they kicked Bonnie out lol
