They are not. At least, not anymore. Rebecca (that's the black lady) and Carlos changed for better (Rebecca now has a better attitude overall and Carlos is shown to be really capable and caring), so they're hardly like Lily or Lily/Larry mix-up. Nick isn't much like Ben, he did almost screw up twice, but unlike Ben, he didn't do anything behind the group's back, and his actions weren't as drastic (expect for Matthew, that was really bad). Sarah (that's Carlos's daughter) isn't that oblivious to the world, more so, she doesn't seem dumb, as Duck did. Kenny is his own character, he always had his own place in the group, so no, he isn't like Lee.

Carlos is lily??? Carlos has been strict at times but has been shown to be caring for clem.. Most of the examples are very bad tbh..
