Help! (CSI4 missing dll)

I jus bought csi hard evidence, installed it, and when i run it is says, this application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. I havent a clue wot the hell it all means, i jus had my graphics card replaced, and my laptop is as if it was brand new, restored to original settings hard disk whiped apart from how i first bought it. And everything worked ok then...

    The error means that a dll you need isn't installed on your computer. It's an easy fix, just look here for the solution.
