Purchased Walking Dead Season 1 for PS3, can I download for PC as well?

I originally purchased and downloaded Walking Dead Season 1 for PS3 in 4/30/12. Months later jduring your episode 5 release my PS3 stop working. I never purchased another PS3, lost motivation and didn't get to play out the rest of walking dead season 1. Now that Telltale has produced season 2, I'm motivated to purchase this for my PC, but I want to complete season 1 first.

Would it be possible to download season 1 for my PC, provided verification that I purchased this for PS3?
