Man that slide is giving me the creeps. I just hope it doesn't represent her losing her faith in humanity. Or if it does, I hope she regains it somehow.
Yeah, you are also right about that which is a great theory. So I guess the hat has many symbols within, I guess it just depends on the way the player interprets it.
JonGon, you don't know this but I'm working on a picture that is almost the exact same as yours on my In Harm's Way tribute! This is awesome by the way!

The slide can be misleading. Them having no hats doesn't mean much. I remember S1Ep3 slide, it showed Ben at the fromt of the train which he never was and Duck with his head out the window looking fine and not bitten. Slides don't mean much just like the trailers. Things are shown and don't actually happen in the finalised episode.
I remember going to New Mexico on a two week high adventure trek. Two weeks and no showers. By he end, we all smelled horrible, even to ourselves. Bear in mind that it was arid, cool and in the mountains. It's a pretty safe bet that all the cabin survivors are borderline toxic at this point.
I think that her hat symbolizes her being sane and what keeps her "human". So telltale making the slide is foreshadowing that we will see a more brutal side of clem(the blood/paint on her proves this.). And there is also Eddie in the picture.
I'm still not totally convinced even if it is him doesn't mean he will be in the episode. the screens are just to give you a feeling on the episode and the characters feelings
ALSO TO THE LEFT YOU CAN SEE THAT ITS OBVIOUSLY KENNY
No it isn't, it's Vince. It's always Vince, it just changes his hair to be long or short.
I'm at a loss as to how this still isn't common knowledge.
why was this thread's title written in poor grammar for a short while? It's normal again, but I totally saw how it was "arnt" and "wereing" instead of "aren't" and "wearing"
Talking about "hammer". Maybe we will see hammer again in episode 3. You know that scene where Bonnie and Clem talk in the trailer looks like a tools room.

He must be confiding with the vice principle of my old middle school!
The guy denied hat-wearing. He said hats were affiliated with gangs or cults...which makes sense considering the group in Amid the Ruins is like a cult!

Haha. I'll be here till Friday!
That joke was some carrot top shit...
Carver took their hats, that's why they are going to war.
He's talking about the person behind Eddie and Clem with the hood

How can you tell that silhouette is wearing a hood?

Awesome! cant wait to see it.
There different shades and it's jacket hood shaped.

Yeah, no kidding. Wouldn't wanna be around them at all, unless maybe if I had a mask :P
wow I relly thought it was Kenny, I guess you proved me wrong then...
Not Kenny, its Wyatt. in can tell because facial features and stylised hair(and the fact its Vince on some systems(Atari and PlayStation))are different
