Question about shipping of season 2 DVD

I ordered the Season 2 DVD and a copy of Surfing the Highway in paperback. About a week ago the shipping status changed to say "Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info." Its been over a week and I just wanted to know when stuff usually ships after it says that the order has been submitted to the warehouse.

    Orders are being submitted to our warehouse in huge batches as items become available, and they're working through a pretty big backlog. So basically, yes, your order has been submitted to the warehouse, but may not have shipped yet.
