Tweedle Dee's Boss (Theory)

edited March 2014 in The Wolf Among Us

Soo it's my first thread and i just wanted to share my opinion with the rest of you. Could it be that crane is tweedle dee's boss? Cause when you're interrogating the woodsman and you punch him, crane doesn't care as much as when you're beating the shit out of tweedle dee. And in the trip trap they tell you that crane just let dee free. Maybe so that he can continue his investigation? I don't know, i just noticed it while playing. Let me know what you think about it.

  • Crane is not their boss. It's been established The Crooked Man is.

yeah, if you choose to arrest Dee, when you are torturing him he mentions he knows Beauty. When you go to the hotel later and ask her about it, she says she took a loan from the Crooked Man and Dee and Dum are working for him and have been harassing her for the money she owns him,

  • Oh okay thanks, but who the fuck is the crooked man?:D

  • i have no idea, he is from this nursery rhyme though

Not at all, according to my knowledge. Then again, I've only read the first 3 volumes of the comics.

    Sorry for asking, but...

I'm not from a english-speaking country, and I think I have never heard the word "crooked" (maybe I did, but only once). So, I used an english dictionary here and the closest meaning that appears is dishonest person, thief, etc.

    Is it right?

  • May have found out the answer on a forum I posted a while back. Click here

  • Yeah, I think that's it.

There is a tale, Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves, maybe the Crooked Man related to this story?

  • Crooked can mean two things, not straight as in curved and someone who is not law abiding or someone that is corrupted like a corupt police officer
