I've been refreshing IGN every 5 minutes for the past 4 hours and still nothing. Did they forget about us?

Yeah, where is it? According to the tweet from the 7th, they should still have one episode prerecorded, right? Maybe someone forgot to upload it?
Well, the original playing dead shed all sorts of awesome insight into the development of each episode by the host and various guests who had worked on the game.
The new Playing Dead is kind of shit, but it remains as of right now my only fix of TWD game during the waiting period. IGN said they would put out one every Saturday.

I have yet to watch a new playing dead because I refuse to sit through and torture myself watching greg miller make stupid jokes and interrupting his guest

I watched the first two, but haven't watched any since then.
Still miss AJ. It's just not the same.
Eh, I do prefer AJ, but I dont think either of them are very good. Greg tries to be funny, but hes just really stale and laughing at his own jokes is just pathetic.
AJ had the right attitude and seemed genuinely excited about the games and had a good knowledge of it, but he just sounded very amateurish.
So... There really was no 'Playing Dead' this Saturday. It's hard for me to imagine them actually canceling it, but maybe they did. Telltale, nor IGN has mentioned anything about it's absence this week, which is weird. You'd think we would hear something about it. Crap, now there will be nothing to talk about during the wait for Episode 3. I want AJ Locasio back to host it. I'm sure he's still a huge fan of the game.
There was a certain charm to that though. It was like watching a random fan asking the devs questions about the game that he was genuinely curious about. That made him relatable as a host. Greg, on the other hand, puts on this laid-back, irreverent video game host persona that makes him seem like kind of a douche and distracts from the contents of his interviews.
Why are you in such a hurry to see this revamp of Playing Dead?

All you guys did was being ungrateful, the only reason there is a playing dead this season is because Greg is doing it. I found the old host to be a little to serious and you know what I like Greg. DISLIKES ME FOR HAVING AN OPINION NOW LIKE YOU ALWAYS DO!

This is probably optimistic thinking, but perhaps theyre delaying the episode because theyre going to release the teaser trailer and they want the playing dead episode to come out after!

I think you're missing the point of all the criticism for the new Playing Dead. Greg Miller regularly interrupts the guests on the show and often makes bad, inappropriate and possibly insulting jokes. AJ Locascio, on the other hand, asked questions that should have been asked and then politely kept his mouth shut while the guests were answering. Locascio offered his opinion a few times but kept the main focus of the show on The Walking Dead and the guests who had given their time for the interview.
