an interesting idea, too late for it to happen though
i think that in season 1 episode 1, the leave clems house at either day/night should have left a bigger impact. that impact you may ask? it decides who your group is, if you go at day you get kenny, liily, etc. but if you went at night you would have a whole new group alltogether would be awesome, too late i know, but i felt like sharing

That would be interesting. Though that would be a LOT of work for Telltale, I think a more realistic idea would be that if you go at night you miss out on some of the story, gain a new bit of story or someone in the group dies because you weren't there. Like having Carley AND Doug autodie because you weren't there to save one of them would be interesting and reasonable, I think.
I think that would branch the story too much. Maybe a more feasible idea could be if it influenced who you ran into first. The disputes between Kenny and Lilly flavored the game for a lot of people. It'd be interesting if you could have run into Lilly or Kenny first depending on choices made. The story could reach the same point at the drugstore, but it would differ in that you could have been a part of the original group already there, or part of the group being saved by Carley. It would give an interesting twist on the "what do we do with the bitten kid" choice aspect, too.
Telltale clearly don't want big choices like this because they want to save money and work, I thought everybody already noticed that.
