Who's running Carver's camp while he's on the hunt for Luke's group?
You'd think someone as resourceful as Carver would have a second-in-command to hold the fort while he's tracking down his "wayward children".
Any theories? Tavia is the most likely, but I can't connect the seemingly benign woman we saw in 400 DAYS with somebody who would willingly work for Carver. Then again, we only got to know her for a scant eight minutes.
Lilly's another possibility, and her hard-assed attitude would be more in line with Carver's sensibilities than Tavia's. And then there's Nate. The guy clearly knows how to intimidate others if he wants to, but he's a little too unhinged to command a community the size of Carver's on his own.

Nah Nate should be one of the good guys.. Or something in the grey area at least.
I'd like to see Lilly. Imagine how Kenny would react to that. However, I think it's most likely Tavia.
Oh man, if it turns out to be Lilly and she kills Kenny later in the game I feel sorry for her VA. I can imagine death threats
Tavia is most likely or one of the other 400 days guys if they went. I see Vince maybe as one.
Nate would never be in a camp in my opinion or even a group it just wouldnt work
