I think it'll have a major effect later on, like Kenny and him will fight and the wound will be the decider of the fight, or maybe kenny will get executed because of it, etc (so many possibilities)

    Don't think so. The bad thing about TWD is that charachters' deaths are extremely predictable. If you have the option to save/let die a major charachter, you're sure they'll be dead in two episodes tops.
    Kenny will survive, but if you saved Alvin and Nick, don't expect to see them stick around for long and prepare to see their complete uselessness while they're still alive

    I think that nick will go Ben mode, and that alvin will be killed in episode 3 no matter what. Nick will probably be there to save someone tho or do something redeeming like Ben did (belltower)
