TWD Season 1 won't let me play Episode 3 and the choices from Episode One won't display

When I click Episode 3 on my PC, I had a black screen displayed and I only hair music. Is there's a problem or is there a way to fix it?

Also after I finish Episode 1 and start Episode 2, the choices I made didn't show up. What can I do to fix it?

    After looking over your support tool, it seems that you have a few extra prefs.prop files that need to be disabled. Please rename the prefs.prop files in

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead\Pack\default

    and

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead\Pack\WalkingDead103

    to prefs.prop.bak to disable them, then restart the game, and your saves should be restored.
