Waiting for the episodes of season 1

Did having to wait for the episodes give the ending any more weight than it did for the people who bought it when it was done? I waited for the episodes, and the ending was goddamn crushing.

    I had to wait for each episode and the ending still had me crying like a baby

    I bought it well after they were done and yeah I must have played through them 6 times before checking google and realizing you couldn't save Lee...

    I downloaded it all on Steam pretty much the day Episode 5 came out, and I still spent the rest of the night sobbing into pillows and going through 3 tubs of ice cream...

    I'm very glad nobody was around to see it.
