Who knew that this was going to happen?

When Bigby turns into full wolf whilst fighting the tweedles, the whole time i was looking over to Bloody Mary and she wasn't concerned at all, so I knew that she would do something crazy to him, like shooting him with a silver bullet.

So my question is: Who knew that Bloody Mary was going to shoot Bigby with a silver bullet?

    Well, she did put in one bullet in her revolver so I assumed she'd shoot him. Did not realize it was a silver bullet, but I thought it was interesting that Bigby stopped to watch Snow forgetting about BM (even if you throw Dee at her).

    True, but I found it really suspicious how she didn't care about how Bigby was wrecking the Tweedles.
