She was about 8 years and 9 months old in a new day, and i'm guess now she has probably only just turned 11. There was also a time jump between no time left and all that remains so i'm guessing it would be a minimum of 2 years and 3 months since the start of the apocalypse. So a minimum of 2 years 3 months and a maximum of 3 years 3 months, although I doubt the latter.

The first season covered about 3 Month and 2 to 3 Weeks. Clementine is 9 years and 5 days old at the end of S1.
Christa was already pregnant when Omid and her met the others on the bridge. Obviously still was at the beginning of S2. So this timeskip took us 8 Month further into the apocalypse, tops. With the 16 Month timeskip about 2 years have now passed since the end of Season 1. This would make Clementine just about eleven years old.
So:
3 Month and 2 to 3 Weeks - for season 1
8 Month - from the end of s1 to the beginning of s2
16 Month - timeskip
1 Week - has passed since the 16 month timeskip.
If that is correct and Clem really is eleven, then we are about 2 years + 4 Month in at the end of EP2.
But then again, this is the apocalypse and I haven't seen anyone with a calendar, yet. In the comic they lost track of time and don't exactly now any more how much time has passed. The same could apply to Clem. She might not even be eleven yet.
But there actually is a n upper limit of how much time has passed yet.
Remember Crawford? They where pretty organized. They counted the days since the outbreak. There is the one tape (the second they watch) which was labelled 83 OB. Lee also said it was dated October 10th. According to this the apocalypse started sometime in mid-July. This seems consistent with the group mentioning that it's getting colder in the later episodes. The End of S1 would be around late October to early November. So winter was coming.
Obviously there was another winter in the 16 Month timeskip.
And another winter is just beginning in S2, did you see the snow falling at the end of Ep2?
It can't be the fourth winter, because then Christa would have to have been pregnant for way over a year...
So this would be the the third winter since the dead came back, meaning 2.5 years have passed, tops!
