SBCG4AP Demo Problems

For some reason after I download the SBCG4AP demos, when I open them there is a window that says Serial Number: Submit Query.
I tried deleting and redownloading them, but the same thing keeps happening. I have not recieved any serial numbers that I know of, and I don't know what to type in the box...

    That bare bones box is given when you don't have IE installed or have Javascript turned off. Javascript also could be being blocked by a third party program. Unfortunately until you get Javascript working there is no way to get to the "take me to the demo" button.
