A few inconsistencies.
We know Faith was alive, because when asking the mirror for her location, all he comes up with is "Through powerful magic, her whereabouts concealed, unfortunately for you, these lips are sealed."
All of the girls who work at the Pudding & Pie wear a pink ribbon with a kiss on it. I have no idea why we didn't even get a choice to ask about the ribbons, when talking to Georgie or Nerissa, although we can see we might have the opportunity to do so in episode 4 when Nerissa is in Bigby's office. We also don't know for sure if they are incapable of answering some questions, or just will not answer them, mostly because of the fear that they will lose their head if they do.
We know she owes the Crooked Man money, but that's only so he can keep them there and make him more money.
Also, I believe Lilly was glamoured to look like Snow for Crane's obsession but she was killed so Bluebeard could take over. I assume Bluebeard made a deal with the Crooked Man, in order to frame Crane who instead of paying the Crooked Man, he was going to expose the Crooked Man by forcing the girls to talk so he could prove his innocence to Bigby and Snow. The Tweedles showed up at the funeral so Bigby would not go after Crane and Bluebeard went to Crane's place so he could burn any evidence of his involvement, and also so Crane couldn't pay back his debt.
What I'm not sure of is who that piece of jean fabric belonged to in episode 1 and I doubt it belonged to Tiny Tim, we don't know if his leg was messed up after or before Bigby found the head. And even so, I suppose he could change pants or cover up the leg with bandages and such but Bigby could have at least smelled the blood if so. Only ones that I've seen wore jeans were Grendel and Jack. I'm pretty sure it wasn't Grendel but I'm not so sure about Jack. And also, the fabric didn't look like it came from their jeans but who knows. I'm willing to bet Jack had something to do with it, since he's also seen being questioned by Bigby in the episode 4 trailer.
Since Telltale decided to change the story, there are a few plot holes like that left and some inconsistencies. Or maybe I'm just dumb and got it all wrong. I know some of you might think this is not a big deal, but it is. It's a game heavily based on story. Anyway, what do you guys think? Leave a thumbs up if you agree or thumbs down if you disagree. I really want to see your thoughts on this guys so, don't be shy, share your thoughts, even if they are negative.

I wouldn't say that we know that Faith is alive based on that. Of course, there is the possibility. However, we don't know the nature of the "lips are sealed" spell. We don't know if it binds the person even in death. We don't know how or why it affects what the mirror can show. All signs point to it being tied to the ribbon (since we have met three characters who wear it and all three of them uttered the same phrase), but we don't even know that for sure yet.
I agree that I wish that we had the chance to ask about the ribbons.
Interesting theory. I don't remember seeing anything that said Faith owed the Crooked man money, though. Just that she had stolen a picture of a "compromising" nature from Crane.
In the story A Christmas Carol Tiny Tim is disabled. I assumed that that was what the leg brace was about. I could be wrong. All conjecture since we haven't officially met the character yet. Jack definitely seems to be more involved than he lets on the first couple of times we meet him. But, in the comics Bigby says he has two rules as far as Jack is concerned: 1 - Never trust Jack. 2 - Always blame Jack.
It's hard to say yet if I've seen any major plot holes. It's a noir mystery, so it's difficult to tell if some things are plot holes, or if the entire story has just not been revealed yet (as is the nature with mysteries). Most of the time with mystery stories it isn't until the end that you can really tell if there are major plot holes or not. That's when everything's supposed to fall into place after all. Most of the potential plot holes that I've noticed have had to do with timelines. It is obvious that they changed several things, but I don't really lament that fact. Rewrites happen and they happen for a reason. I do think the story that we have now is good. Perhaps the original story wasn't. Kind of hard to miss what I don't know.
Agreed, we know at the very least Lilly is dead. Also yes, Tiny Tim is disabled so he couldn't have placed Faith's head on the stairs. The one who did wore jeans and was also bleeding, even if it was him, Bigby would have smelled the blood most likely. As for the fact that Faith owed money, we know at the very least she didn't get any from the Woodsman, and she comes up short regardless of whether you give her money. And I'd imagine since Georgie called someone when Snow and Bigby came for Crane at the Pudding 'n' Pie, I'm pretty sure that was the Crooked Man. So, in a way, she did owe money to the Crooked Man.
Also, yes, I wouldn't trust Jack either, at the very least he knows something. We'll find more in episode 4 regardless.
The story got changed so there are a few inconsistencies at the very least, and I guess the term plot holes is a bit much. But I trust Telltale to make the right decisions. I appreciate your input.
