Actually I found it quite disappointing that Grendel reacts the same wether you ripped his arm off or left him alone.
I hope it was only because he was high as a kite. I sure hope the consequences will come back at Bigby in episode 4 or 5, for instance at a moment when he would need Grendel's help or something.
It should be a big deal for God's sake, I know Telltale games offer more an illusion of choice than actual choice, but if this one in particular has no different consequences (except Grendel's appearance) this would be a huge let down.
I really hope there will be a moment in the last episode when all other Fables have to judge Bigby based on all his past actions back from episode 1.

I regretted ripping off his arm off when relished what cool dude he was felt ashamed of myself lol but then again took me out of the story because realistically he completely changed personality in one episode the guy who ripped his arm off is his best friend now so confusing without ever mentioning what happened WAT?

Gren is one of the best characters so far. Liked him since the first episode.
Yeah I was also thinking about that too. Only thing I can think of is that Gren became fearful of Bigby after we tore his arm off. He still gives Bigby shit about everything that's going on, but is too afraid to start a second fight. Bigby did kick his ass one handedly and ripped his arm off after all; I don't think he wants to look for a repeat. I think it's more likely that he's talking shit about Bigby behind his back and this will get people talking against Bigby.
We might actually have a scene where Bigby is judged for his actions, like you said, and this is where the Gren's situation might come in.
I thought his actions towards woody were unnecessary.
I understand him but I still dont like him. At least, I wouldnt want to be around someone who is that angry all the time.

Probably he is dumb, but he doesn't deserve it. That he was having sex with Lily is one thing, okay, but I am pretty sure he also cares about the whole situation. As you said, he's just not the smartest guy so he acts a bit unfitting in some situations. But at least he was worried about Gren and all he got back was a punch in the face and insults. If that happened to me, I would leave, too. If you ask him a question, he gives you an answer. What should he do more to help?

You have to think about why he is angry. He is not part of the privileged fables of Fable Town and he feels disconnected to the ruling elite. As a minority i can relate to that.

I always play 'Nice bigby' when I'm with them, but I did rip his arm off at first, but Episode 3 just made me go back and redo the entire story and be Gren and Holly's friend.
