Episode 3 Achievement Predictions(Possible spoilers?)
I know that the achievements aren't in order, so I'll just go down the list.

Come Hither
Alright, so I'm going to be pretty specific her.e The picture shows a walker and some loudspeakers, and we know form the previews that there will be a "storm", supposedly having something to do with walkers. Perhaps, to try and escape, Clem manages to set off some sort of alarm while other members of the group let the walkers in. With the gates open and a loud alarm going off, this would give them the perfect distraction to escape.
Though it may not specifically happen that way, i'm pretty sure that somehow Clem is going to get the walkers into Carver's base.
Rehabilitated & Not in Nottingham
"Got beat down" & "Gave what you got". Seems like these two will go together, whether they'll be next to each other we don't know. I believe "Not in Nottingham" will have something to do with the fight between Carver and Kenny, and perhaps Clem tries to get in the middle of it and one of Carer's people hurts her. Later on then, we'll get the "gave what you got" part.
Though, that's a bit specific. Really, all I'm sure of is that it will be connected to what we see in the trailer with Kenny and Carver, and that they'll go together.
Eye of the Storm
So, this fits in with my theory about the "first" one. If they use the "storm" as a distraction, then "Eye of the Storm" fits perfectly.
The big thing though, is that we see Sarah's broken glasses. Some people have said she may die, but really, I don't believe that will be the case. Perhaps they'll have to do the thing where they put walker guts on themselves to get through. Sarah's glasses fall off, and then maybe the episode ends when them making their way through the "storm".
Long Way Down
Witnessed a murder... Could be Alvin or Nick? Doesn't look like it though. My only prediction is that maybe we see Carver kill one of his own people or something. Don't know...
Fresh Fish
Well, this one is obvious. They make it to Carver's base. Duh.
One Long Day
So, we see Carver talking to Clem. This could be where Carver talks to Clem on top of the roof and he tells her about the "storm". It would be the most likely thing anyway.
Always the Quiet Ones
We see some walkie talkies. Now, I've always said that Bonnie probably isn't really working for Carver, and in the preview we do see Bonnie and Clem smiling to each other. Perhaps Bonnie helps Clem steal the walkies to help with the potential plan to let the walkers in? It's possible at least.
