The Transition from EP3 to EP4 - Theory
So we all know that in Episode Four: shit hits the fan. Going by one of the achievements for Episode Three (Come Hither - Invited some friends into the compound), it seems like Clementine lures walkers into the community (due to the walker and speaker on the achievement image) and possibly destroys everything (more or less).
This action could get alot of the cabin group killed, thus foreshadowing the guilt that Clem seems to be suffering in Episode Four's name and image. These events could break Sarah, as her glasses are broken in the final achievement of the episode, showing that Sarah has broken and is not the same as she was before.

Yeah, I feel like Sara doesn't die, but the broken glasses symbolizes she is FUBAR, broken, and wants to give up. So I feel like Carlos might die for Sarah in this episode.
