Which info is more important?
In Episode 3, A Crooked Mile, there's two different routes we can take that can lead to two different vital information. By going to Crane's apartment first, you end up catching Jack and have the choice to make a deal with him, which might end up paying off in the next episode, and also confiscate a couple glamour tubes from him. If you go to the Tweedle's office first, you get to look through their files that tell what they know about Crane, Beauty, and Faith (which explains why they were at Lawrence and Woodsman's apartments), and also be able to search their secret basement.
Which of the two would be more important?

I would take a guess and say that Jack's deal would probably be more important. My guess would be that you might find out that same information from the Tweedle's office later on in future episodes.
