Don't be so mean guys, it's just mistake xD And to the topic: I bought it because it was from Telltale, that showed it's best in TWD s1. I bought it, and again: Telltale did just perfectly. The same goes for TWD s2. So I love all these games (don't be irritated me older Telltale fans cause I'm not up to their older games, I just think that these three mentioned showed best of them, and the way the should make their games. Previous ones were similar but different). I'm going to buy anything that comes next (Game of Thrones maybe) from Telltale Games and has decisions-consequences in it!
I bought it because I've been a fan of the comics for a very long time. It's a series that I've been dying to see adapted into some other form of media. It's just a great universe, and I never felt like it got the attention that it deserved. So, I was happy to support the game. Especially since Telltale did such a good job with it.
I thought TWD was the only TellTale game I'd ever play but then I watched pewdiepie play the first episode and I was like DAMN. So now I trust all of their games are flipping amazing.
Bought it so I could avoid spoilers from season 2 of the Walking Dead game and wait until it comes out on disc again. Seems that my idea didn't really go as well as I'd planned it. Luckily I have the Wolf to look forward to though.
I love Telltale Games since the Back to the Future game so it was a pretty easy choice to think this game would also be good, although the game has surpassed my expectations and has been a really addicting experience so far
Seems like you had a pretty easy time deciding to but it.
Before you make fun of someone's grammar, make sure that your own is correct.
Though, it was pretty funny, I'll give you that.

Same. I cut my teeth on LucasArts' games as a kid in the 90s and have played every thing TTG has released. My least favorite was TWD but not because of bad quality, good quality in fact. It has me on edge and stresses me out, but ofc I still play it lol. So when I saw TWAU was being released I was excited to take a break from zombies and get back to story that didn't involve me surviving zombie apocalypse.

Yeah i have the same feeling with TWD, it's really dramatic most of the time and i don't like to feel that i play a zombie soap opera too much (OFC like you said i still played every episode that comes out xD), TWAU it's a great new franchise and the story so far has been superb so i may have a new TTG favorite.

After playing The Walking Dead, I started paying attention to what Telltale was doing, subscribed to their YouTube and what not, and found out that way.
Watching Teen Wolf, Wolf Rain, and full blown werewolf marathon kinda made me mad for wolves. However I started reading comics right after buying the game and all I can say is I've lost all interest of Bigby thanks to comics BUT gained a new interest for Flycatcher and Goldilocks.
Thread re-named. Try and be a bit more careful with things like that, if you would
As for why I got it... well, it's the first game from TTG that genuinely interested me. I hadn't read the comics at all but I liked the premise and it wasn't WD, so I was all on board.

Zombies. I've never been a big fan of zombie stories.
I know TWD is more focused on the characters, but even so, it's a zombie setting, and that's enough to completely disinterest me.
Comments
well, my decision to buy The Holf Among Us was pretty easy. I mean, It's a Holf! who can resist a Holf?
The Juice Box Among Us Is way better than The Holf Among Us.
omg i'm dying xD!!!
The Hoff Among Us?

(Plus, I liked what they did with TWD.)
I learned of the game from one of my favorite LPers.
A combination of loving point and click games, enjoying previous Telltale games and thoroughly enjoying the demo.

I was a huge fan of the comics, but I hesitated because I wasn't exactly a fan of Bigby.
Nevertheless, I bought it, and my view on Bigby has changed since then.

Edited it man, it's all good.
That's less grammar more a typo. The y and T are next to each other.
Im bored out of my mind usually so TWAU was a great pick.

I saw "From the makers of The Walking Dead", plus Xbox advertised episode 1 being free so I played it, and eventually bought it on PC :P.
I had no idea what this game was about, but because it was Telltale I decided to just get it. One of the best decisions I've ever made
I bought it on the 18th of October.
My point still stands that he should have checked before making fun of someone's grammar/typo.

I bought it because all their games are awesome.(Except for Jurassic Park)
Must....have....this.....game!

Why were you not interested in TWD?
Zombies. I've never been a big fan of zombie stories.

You have a point there, good things at this game are dinosaurs BAD things everyting
Me to but you must try it... Do it for the little girl who you love in the future!
I thought it was a generic werewolf game, few months later I had a sudden urge to watch a playthrough and I found out
P.S The Big Bad Wolf is a badass
I got Season 2. Is that enough?
I lost control of my life.
