csi 3 dimensions

I have just brought csi 3 dimensions have installed onto computer but won't play keeps bringing up message "security module cannot be activated" can anyone help as I do'nt know what to do :x

    Hi Bumpling (cute name!),

    I'm pretty sure this has something to do with the copy protection on the game, which is something Ubisoft needs to help you with.

    I checked out their support page, and they don't list anything about this problem for CSI, but they do have this response for the same error in a different game.

    If that solution doesn't help, you can contact them through their support page. I hope they're able to help you.
