The Crooked man??

I was playing the end of part 3, when Bigby has to face off Bloody Mary, and just before she is about to kill Bigby the crooked man stops her. Now when I first saw this I noticed that I could make out some of his face, but did not have much time. I replayed this part and took some photos while I could and noticed that he has a moustache. Now this man could possibly be known to us already, possibly not, but if he is, this rules out a lot of suspects of being the crooked man. I'll see if I can attach photos.
What are your opinions?

    Yeah, I think there's even still a video somewhere on youtube, which link I won't post for obvious reasons, even if I had it. He leaked in episode 2 if I recall correctly.
