Where can I download the SFX files for TWD?

Hey. I've been wanting to get started on editing a trailer together, but I'd like to get clean samples of the voice overs without any of the sound effects or music playing from youtube videos. I would also like to use them for some Left 4 Dead mods, and replace some of those characters' voices with the ones from TWD, as I already replaced Louis with Lee. I understand that there's a way to extract the sound files from TWD, but I don't have it on the PC.

Is there a place where I can download the voice/SFX files from TWD, or do I have to purchase the PC version and extract it all myself?

    Look up 'Telltale Speech Extractor', you'd need the PC version though.

    I know that exists, and I'm sure other people have it, and used it. So, for those like me, those that want to get the speech files without having to spend another $20 for another copy of the game, I'm asking if anyone had previously posted a download link to obtain the files online.

    I can always just purchase TWD on Steam again, but that would be my last resort if I can't get the SFX files any other way.

    The SFX files are all named with a bunch of numbers, usually starting with 314, 357 or 298. They are only labelled in the speech extractor.
