When the Lee meets the Stranger, the Stranger says Clementine's birthday was six days ago. So she became a 9 year-old.

Alright, sometime after Christa, Omid, and Clem meet up, and then they stop at a restroom and things happen.

Then we get a 16 month timeskip where Clementine has at the very least just turned 11.

But you'd need 24 months to go from 9 years old to 11 years old.
Was Clementine with Omid and Christa in those missing 8 months?

    Presumably. Christa was in her very early stages of pregnancy in S105, so in S201 she was probably 9 months pregnant. Damn.
