Sarah or Sarita?
Because of the Luke/Kenny dynamic set up in Episode 2, I have a feeling that a choice like this will come about. I find it highly unlikely Telltale would put Kenny on the line with Luke or somebody else from the new group, because way too many people would choose Kenny. A life/death choice with Sarah and Sarita would blatantly show which group you really care about more and if you still have strong ties to your past.

Would way too many people choose Kenny?
About 50% of players chose to sit with Kenny if I remember correctly and only 50% of the forum voted for Kenny in a Kenny vs Luke poll. I think you're overestimating the support he has.
Most people on this forum support him, that's true, but this forum isn't an even representation of the people who play the game.
Many of the 30% (including me) who sat with Luke probably only did so because of the puppy dog eyes. As we've been with Kenny for 5+ episodes and Luke for 2, I think it's quite obvious that an overwhelming majority would pick Kenny.
Well on my PS3 it was more than 60% chose to sith with Kenny but I life in Europe and got the Episode 8 days later... I thought, I'm not gonna look for a spoiler this time I just wait for- I MUST WAIT 8 DAYS MORE FOR THAT STUPID CLIFFHANGER... So I was looking at the Episode on youtube and when I was playing it I still liked it.
Damn... That's a tough one. I guess I'll choose Sarah. Mind you, I like Sarita and I think she's a good woman. But Sarita probably knows how to defend herself while Sarah doesn't stand a chance at all. So, yeah

I did a straw poll Luke vs Kenny and it was pretty much 50 50
I don't think we can say that yet to be honest. We don't have any evidence that more people like Kenny at all.
For example, I sat with Kenny because I'd already spoken to luke recently, not because I like him more.
We just need to wait and see.
Besides, claiming 'overwhelming majority' without any actual evidence whatsoever is a bit farfetched.

Imagine if in episode 5 there was a choice between Kenny and Omid.Omid and Luke are similar in the respects that they're very friendly and happy with Clem. But, if it came down to Kenny and Omid, I personally think that a large majority of people (perhaps overwhelming is a bit too much) would choose to save Kenny. I think that if Kenny is going to die, you won't be able to sacrifice another person to save him.
There's a difference between what you 'personally think' and what is actual reality, however. The only way we'll know is by there being a direct choice between them.
However, consider this: there are many players who have started in season 2, having not played season 1; they have known Luke longer than Kenny, and so may well choose him.
Also consider this: Kenny has done lots of extremely controversial things e.g. killing Larry, telling Lee to murder Ben, initially refuse to help Clem unless you help him in pretty much every situation.
Luke, so far, hasn't done any controversial stuff really, with the exception of dropping Clem because he was jumpy as he had recently seen Nick's mum fall prey to the same mistake.
Thus, it's easy to see why Kenny may have lost far more fans than Luke.
There are some extremely immature people on this forum who only dislike Luke because some weird fucker ships him and Clem, but I doubt that they consist a large majority. Most Luke haters seem to be people who are obsessed with Kenny and therefore like every single thing he likes and hate every single thing he hates.
EDIT: Also consider KeiranTheBroski's comment below: the results of the strawpoll asking between Kenny and Luke were 50/50.
Sorry dude, but I just don't think things are as clear-cut in Kenny's favour as you want them to be

I'd end up saving Sarah, just because I consider her a friend and she's Carlos' daughter. I don't think plunging the only known doctor into a spiraling depression is a good idea.
And he probably wanted Clem to come with them so she could be the replacement for Duck.
